A new 'Offers' tab added within Order details to provide a read-only view of offers and their statuses.

Orders

Program Names: Program names have been updated for simplicity and consistency across EOS, categorized into two types: Buyer Program and Seller Program.

Offers & Revisions: The approval process has transitioned from a revision-based approach to an offer-based approach. The "Revisions Awaiting Approval" page has been renamed to "Offers Awaiting Approval" with corresponding updates made to align with the new naming and functionality.

Business Rules

Multiple buyers can now be viewed at both the advertiser and order levels, with business rule inheritance independent of the buyers.
