History

The Order History feature allows you to keep track of activities pertaining to an order.

To access the Order History, select a specific order from the order listing page, and then navigate to the 'History' tab.

The Order History page displays a log of activities associated with the order, with the most recent activities shown first. The log includes both general activities in a white background and main activities related to revisions in alternating blue background. You can expand the revision activities to view all the activities associated with a particular revision.

To gain more information about a specific activity, you can click on the 'View Details' link, which will redirect you to the respective page related to that activity.

To filter the activities in the Order History, you can utilize the Date, Time, Revision#, User, or Activity filters. Simply adjust the filters according to your preferences to narrow down the displayed activities.
